We ship every IBIZ Jewel order free, worldwide, fully insured, with all duties and taxes included. One price at checkout. No surprise charges at customs.
Where We Ship
We ship to over 34 countries globally, including the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, European Union member states, the UAE, Singapore, and more. If you are not sure whether we ship to your country, send us a quick message before ordering and we will confirm.
Delivery Timeline
Every piece is handcrafted in our Surat workshop after you order. Total time from order to delivery is 2 to 3 weeks for most destinations. This includes both crafting time and shipping time.
We never pull rings off a shelf, and we do not stock pre-made inventory. Your piece is made for you, which is why the wait is worth it.
What You Pay
You pay one price at checkout. That price already includes:
- Free worldwide shipping
- Full insurance during transit
- All import duties and taxes
- Tracked delivery to your door
You will not receive a customs invoice on delivery. If customs flags your shipment, we work with the carrier to clear it on our end. You should never need to pay anything extra after checkout.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number at the contact details you provided. You can use this to follow your shipment from our workshop to your door.
A Note on International Customs
Even though we cover all duties, customs offices occasionally hold international shipments for routine inspection. If this happens, the wait may extend by a few extra days. We will keep you updated and resolve any clearance directly with the carrier.
