Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to feel confident with every piece you order from IBIZ Jewel. If something
arrives damaged, you receive the wrong item, or the size isn't right, we will help you make it right.
Please read this policy carefully, as returns and exchanges apply to different situations.

The 7-Day Window

Both returns and exchanges must be requested within 7 days of delivery. Requests made
after this window cannot be accepted.
For any return or exchange, the item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition
with all original packaging.

Returns

A return means sending your item back for a refund.
Returns are accepted only in these cases:

  • The product arrived damaged
  • You received the wrong item

Returns are not accepted in these cases:

  • Custom-made products
  • Items that have already been resized
  • Products that show signs of wear or use
  • Requests made after the 7-day window
  • A change of mind on a correctly delivered, as-described item

Exchanges

An exchange means sending your item back for a replacement.
Exchanges are accepted in these cases:

  • Size issues
  • Product defects
  • Wrong item received

If your ring simply doesn't fit, an exchange is one option. In many cases, resizing is faster

How to Start a Return or Exchange

  1.  Email us at info@ibizjewel.com or start a live chat within 7 days of receiving your order.
  2. Include your order number, whether you want a return or an exchange, and a clear
    description of the issue. Add photos if the item is damaged or defective.
  3. We will confirm your eligibility and send you the workshop address with shipping
    instructions.

Please do not ship anything back before contacting us. Packages sent without a tracking
reference linked to your order may be delayed.

Shipping Costs

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs on both returns and exchanges. We
recommend using a tracked, insured courier, since you are responsible for the item until it
reaches us.

How Refunds Work

Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition, your refund is processed to
your original payment method. We do not offer store credit in place of a refund.
Refunds are completed within 2 to 3 weeks of approval. The time for the amount to appear on your statement depends on your bank or card provider.

How Exchanges Work

Once we receive your item and verify its condition, we begin preparing your replacement.
Because each piece is handcrafted to order, your replacement follows our standard 2 to 3
week production and delivery timeline.

A Few Important Notes

  • Custom-made rings can be exchanged for size or defect issues, but cannot be returned for a refund.
  • Once a ring has been resized, it is no longer eligible for a return or exchange.
  • Items damaged after delivery due to wear or mishandling are not covered by this policy. For repair options, see our Lifetime Warranty.
