These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the IBIZ Jewel website (ibizjewel.com), the products and services we offer, and any communication or transaction between you and us.

By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our site.

About Us

IBIZ Jewel is an online jewelry brand that handcrafts and ships fine jewelry globally. Our workshop is located in Surat, India.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order with us. By placing an order, you confirm that you are of legal age and have the authority to enter into a binding agreement.

Accounts

You may purchase from us as a guest or by creating an account. If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Products

We make every effort to display our products accurately, including colors, materials, and dimensions. However:

  • Product photos are representative. Stone characteristics like color, inclusions, and exact carat weight may vary slightly from images shown.
  • Salt and pepper diamonds are natural stones and each is one-of-a-kind. Your stone will not look identical to the photo, though it will match the listed shape, size, and overall character.
  • Lab grown diamonds and moissanite stones are made to specification and will closely match the listed grade.

We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse orders, or discontinue products at any time.

Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in US dollars unless otherwise stated. Currency conversion to your local currency is provided at checkout based on real-time exchange rates.

The price you pay at checkout includes the product, shipping, insurance, and all applicable import duties and taxes for international orders.

We accept major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, PayPal, and select buy-now-pay-later providers. Payments are processed securely through our payment provider.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Prices in effect at the time of your order are the prices that apply.

Order Acceptance

Your order is accepted when we send a confirmation email. We reserve the right to cancel any order before fulfillment if:

  • The product is unavailable
  • There is an error in pricing or product information
  • We suspect fraud or unauthorized activity
  • We cannot ship to your location

If we cancel your order, we will refund your payment in full.

Production and Shipping

All pieces are made to order. Production takes approximately 2 to 3 weeks. Total time from order to delivery is typically 2 to 3 weeks for most countries.

We ship worldwide via insured courier with all duties and taxes prepaid. See our Shipping Policy for full details.

Returns, Exchanges, and Resizing

Our return policy allows returns within 7 days of delivery for damaged products or wrong items received only. Custom-made and resized products are not returnable. See our Return Policy and Resizing Policy for full details.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 2 to 3 weeks of approved returns.

Warranty

All IBIZ Jewel pieces include a lifetime service warranty covering stone fixing, polishing, and minor repairs. Normal wear and tear, physical damage, and third-party modifications are not covered. See our Lifetime Warranty page for full terms.

Intellectual Property

All content on ibizjewel.com, including images, text, designs, logos, and ring designs, is the property of IBIZ Jewel and protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.

User Content

If you submit reviews, photos, or other content to our site or social channels, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and share that content for marketing and promotional purposes.

You are responsible for the content you submit and confirm that you have the right to share it.

Prohibited Uses

You may not use our site to:

  • Engage in fraudulent or unlawful activity
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights
  • Transmit viruses or malicious code
  • Interfere with site functionality or security

Our products are sold "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties beyond those expressly stated in our Lifetime Warranty page.

We do not guarantee that our website will always be available, error-free, or secure. We are not liable for damages caused by site downtime, errors, or interruptions.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, IBIZ Jewel is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

  • Your purchase or use of our products
  • Delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or events outside our control

Our total liability for any claim related to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles.

If we cannot resolve a dispute informally, you agree to attempt mediation before pursuing legal action.

Continued use of our site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.

Severability
