Yes. We handle customizations through live chat or email. Tell us what you have in mind, your preferred stone, metal, setting, or sizing, and we will work with you to make it. Customization timelines vary depending on the request.
We sell finished jewelry only. If you have a specific stone request as part of a custom order, contact us through live chat.
Yes, and it happens often. If you are not sure of the size, order a size you think is close. We will resize free within 7 days of delivery, and you only pay shipping.
Yes, on most rings. Engraving is free, up to 15 characters, on the inside of the band. Add your engraving request in the order notes at checkout, or message us through live chat.
Sizing & Fit
Use our printable Ring Size Guide. It includes three different ways to measure your finger, including a print-to-size chart that works at home with no special tools.
You have two options. Send it back to our workshop for free resizing within 7 days of delivery, or visit a local jeweler to have it resized at a small cost. Either way, we will help you make it right.
Yes. We offer US sizes 3 through 13, including all half sizes.
Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, but only for damaged products or wrong items received. Custom-made or resized products cannot be returned. The product must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.
Yes, within 7 days of delivery, for size issues, product defects, or wrong items received. Send the ring back, and once we receive and verify it, we dispatch the replacement.
The customer covers return shipping costs.
Once we receive and approve your return, refunds are processed within 2 to 3 weeks to your original payment method.
Warranty & Care
We provide a lifetime service warranty on every piece we make. It covers stone fixing, polishing, and minor repairs, for as long as you own the jewelry.
Normal wear and tear, physical damage from mishandling, and any third-party repairs or modifications.
Avoid harsh chemicals, perfumes, and chlorine. Clean it occasionally with warm water and mild soap, then dry with a soft cloth. Take it off before sleeping, swimming, or heavy lifting.
Stones & Certification
Lab grown diamonds ship with their original IGI Laboratory Report. Moissanite and natural salt and pepper diamonds do not come with third-party certification, but each stone is hand-inspected by our jewelers before setting.
