7-Day Return Policy

We want you to feel confident with every piece you order from IBIZ Jewel. If something arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, we will make it right.

Return Window

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery.

What We Accept

Returns are eligible only in the following cases:

  • The product arrived damaged
  • You received the wrong item

What We Do Not Accept

Returns are not accepted in the following cases:

  • Custom-made products
  • Items that have already been resized
  • Products that show signs of wear or use
  • Returns made after the 7-day window

The item must be in its original, unused, unworn condition with all original packaging.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at info@ibizjewel.com or start a live chat within 7 days of receiving your order.
  2. Include your order number and a clear description of the issue, with photos if the item is damaged.
  3. We will respond with shipping instructions and the workshop address.

Return Shipping

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked, insured courier for security.

Refund Process

Once we receive and verify your return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 2 to 3 weeks.
