Ring Resizing Policy

If your ring does not fit, we have made the resizing process simple and flexible. You have two options.

Option 1: Send It Back to Our Workshop

Ship the ring back to our workshop, and our team will professionally resize it and send it back to you. This is the recommended option if you want the ring serviced by the same artisans who made it.

Within the first 7 days after delivery:

  • Resizing service is free
  • You cover the shipping cost both ways

After 7 days:

  • A resizing fee may apply
  • You cover the shipping cost both ways

To start, email us at info@ibizjewel.com or start a live chat with your order number. We will share the shipping address and instructions.

Option 2: Get It Resized Locally

If you prefer a faster turnaround, you can take your ring to any nearby jeweler for resizing. Most local jewelers can resize a ring within a few days for a small fee.

This option works well if:

  • You need the ring sized urgently
  • You live far from international shipping options
  • You already have a trusted local jeweler

What We Cannot Resize

A few rings cannot be resized due to design constraints:

  • Eternity bands with stones running fully around the band
  • Some intricate vintage and tension settings
  • Rings sized smaller than US 3 or larger than US 13

If you are unsure whether your ring can be resized, message us before placing your order.

Important Notes

  • Custom-made rings can be resized but cannot be returned for a refund.
  • A resized ring is no longer eligible for return.
  • Always ship using a tracked, insured courier.
