Lifetime Service Warranty
Every piece of IBIZ Jewel jewelry comes with a lifetime service warranty. We stand behind our craftsmanship for as long as you own the piece.
What Is Covered
Our lifetime warranty covers normal service needs that come up over years of wear:
- Stone fixing. If a stone becomes loose or falls out due to a manufacturing or setting issue, we will reset or replace it at no charge.
- Polishing. Restore your ring's original shine when daily wear has dulled it.
- Minor repairs. Prong adjustments, basic re-tipping, and similar small fixes that come up over time.
These services are free for life. You only cover the shipping cost to send your piece to our workshop.
What Is Not Covered
Our warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear. Surface scratches, gradual thinning of the band, or finish wear from regular use.
- Physical damage from mishandling. Drops, impacts, snags, bent prongs from accidents, lost stones due to physical impact, or damage from chemicals.
- Third-party repairs or modifications. If another jeweler has worked on your piece, the warranty no longer applies.
- Lost or stolen jewelry. We recommend insuring your piece separately for theft and loss.
How to Request Warranty Service
- Email info@ibizjewel.com or start a live chat with your order number.
- Describe the issue and include photos if possible.
- We will confirm warranty eligibility and share return shipping instructions.
- Ship the piece to our workshop using a tracked, insured courier.
- We service it and ship it back to you free of charge.
Service Timeline
From the day we receive your piece, warranty service typically takes 2 to 3 weeks before it ships back to you. Complex repairs may take longer, and we will let you know in advance if that is the case.
Shipping Costs
You cover shipping when sending your piece to us. We cover return shipping after the service is complete.
A Note on the Word "Lifetime"
Lifetime means for as long as you own the piece. The warranty does not transfer if you sellor gift the ring to someone else. It is tied to the original purchaser.
