Amy Rangholiya
Senior Jewelry Consultant & Content Specialist, IBIZ Jewel
Amy has spent over four years at IBIZ Jewel helping people choose jewelry they feel good about, long after the sale. Before that, she trained in jewelry and spent years on shop floors, talking to real customers across the counter. That mix of bench knowledge and face-to-face experience is what shapes the advice she gives here, and the guides she writes for this site.
About Amy
Amy started where a lot of good jewelry people start, with basic training and a job in a shop where customers walk in with a question and walk out with a decision they will live with for years. Standing across the counter from someone choosing an engagement ring teaches you things no catalogue can. You learn how to read nerves. You learn which questions people are afraid to ask. You learn that the right answer is sometimes "not this one."
She brought all of that to IBIZ Jewel over four years ago, and the job has not really changed, only the counter has. Today Amy guides buyers by message and email instead of in person, walking them through lab grown diamonds, moissanite, and natural salt and pepper diamonds the same way she always has. Patiently, in plain language, with no pressure to spend more than makes sense.
When Amy is not helping a customer, she is usually writing. Most of the guides on the IBIZ Jewel blog come straight out of the questions she hears every week, and she reviews the rest for accuracy before they go live. Her rule for the content is the same as her rule at the counter: tell people the truth, even when an easier answer would sell more.

How Amy Writes and Reviews Our Guides
The articles Amy writes come from real conversations with real buyers, not from rewording other websites. Before any guide goes live, she checks it against what we genuinely tell customers, and anything about certification or grading is cross-checked against IGI and GIA standards. When the industry shifts or a piece goes out of date, she updates it. The aim is simple. If Amy would not say it to a customer's face, it does not belong on the page.
