Overview

Ringing a cushion with small rounds buys you visual size on the cheap: this halo makes a 1.10 ct center wear like something much larger, 1.50 ct all in. The moissanite grades D/E for color, VVS2-VS1 for clarity, and out-sparkles a comparable diamond for a fraction of the cost. Halos do snag on knits, worth knowing before you commit. We build each engagement ring to order, two to three weeks, silver or 10k, 14k, or 18k white, yellow, or rose gold.

FAQs

No, moissanite is a completely separate and distinct gemstone. While it closely resembles the look of a diamond and is a highly popular alternative, it possesses its own unique physical and optical properties.

Yes, moissanite actually has a higher refractive index than a traditional diamond. This means it bends light differently, resulting in exceptional brilliance and a slightly more colorful "fire" or sparkle when exposed to light.

Absolutely. Moissanite is one of the hardest gemstones available, scoring a 9.25 on the Mohs scale. It is highly resistant to scratching, making it exceptionally well-suited for rings worn on a daily basis.

Moissanite offers incredible value and is significantly more affordable than a comparable diamond. This accessible price point allows you to choose a much larger or higher-quality stone while comfortably staying within your budget.
